A 60-MINUTE RITUAL FOR COUPLES
The conversation most couples need to have, but never do.
Ten prompts. One hour. One honest night together, this week.
For couples who want more than mediocrity, but need a little direction.
10 prompts • 5 frames • 60 min, one night • PDF + welcome video
Most couples don't lose each other
in the fighting. They lose each other
in the drift.
You mostly talk logistics. Your conversations shallow at best. You go to bed with your phones between you. You can feel the gap and you don't quite know how to close it.
Most couples need to have the conversation. Yet that gap between acknowledging the need and having the conversation, seems to never get any closer.
One night. Ten prompts. The conversation you've been needing to have, finally.
WHAT YOU GET
A ritual, not homework.
Ten prompts, sequenced across five frames: Intimacy, Polarity, Generosity, Presence, Growth. The order matters.
A short welcome video. Context for both of you before you sit down.
The Art of Listening. The single page that changes how you hear each other tonight.
A closing ritual that turns one conversation into a pattern you can repeat.
Printable. Reusable. Built for couples who have been together from five weeks to five decades.
WHAT IT COVERS
Five frames. Ten prompts. One night.

WHO IS THIS FOR
If you can feel the gap and want to close it.
It's for: Couples who are mostly okay but a little drifted. Couples who have the conversation in their head but not at the table. Couples ready to stop settling for mediocrity.
It's not for: Couples in active crisis. If your relationship needs a lifeline, not a ritual, find a therapist first. This is a tune-up, not a rescue.
QUESTIONS
Honest answers.
How long does it actually take?
Plan for 90 minutes. About 60 for the conversation itself, the rest for setup and the closing ritual.
What if my partner doesn't want to do it?
You can go first. Do the prompts yourself, write the answers down, and hand the workbook to them. Most of the time they'll sit down. The invitation is doing more work than you think. And if they don't want to do it. That is good information also!
Is this a course or a PDF?
It's a PDF workbook plus a short welcome video. Print the PDF or use it on a tablet. Instant download. One purchase, reuse for as many State of the Union nights as you want.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a conversation tool. If you need therapy, please do that too. Different tool, different job.
What if we are more than a little drifted but want to get closer?
Check out the Repair Kit and the Intimacy Deep Dive. Both of those together are a powerful combination.
A NOTE FROM ME
Most couples need to have this conversation. Almost none of them schedule it.
Life happens. The mystery fades. The person you were once so curious about has become all too familiar. And so these conversations disappear also, until suddenly, the relationship feels a little more like you are on autopilot, than the joy it used to instill in you.
This is the structure that takes the space back.
One night. Ten prompts. The conversation you've been meaning to have, finally on the calendar.
